If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that I love Stacey Yacula’s designs at Purple Onion Designs! She’s such a good illustrator – and the images are really good ones for this technique I haven’t used in a while: layering. Figure out what parts are in the front and which are in the back, and layer them with a little adhesive between….and you get a really fun look!

Perfect! The Advent calendar I am putting together for my Grandchildren has small nativity ornaments for them to put on a little tree each day. I have been looking for little Bibles to hang on the tree as well. These little Christmas Bibles will be just the right thing to tie the ornaments together with Scripture! What a great idea.
