Sugar Pea Shepherd’s Lantern
I owned a couple Sugar Pea stamps I found at an LSS in the midwest a few years ago…but hadn’t shopped at their store yet. (My bad, eh!?) When Taheera told me they were the sponsor for “my” day, I wanted to use their stamps – and I was delighted to see what’s offered in their shop! I bought the lantern die and little shepherd stamp, thinking the shepherd-in-a-lantern would be like my fox-in-a-jar obsession (ha). I didn’t really look to see if the shepherd would fit INSIDE…but I’m actually glad at the way it worked out in the long run anyway!

Don’t forget to add a treat to the inside of your card!
Another coloring of the shepherd image I finished last night…I made it a girl, too!

Thanks for all your wonderful videos!
Wow, your cards are amazing! Such pretty scenes.
Cute cards! Very creative! And beautiful coloring, as always!
Oh my gosh, being a Christian I love this card! A Shepard in a lantern is supposed to be like the fox in a jar. I don’t get the reference. I do like how it looks. Reminds me of a snow globe. That little lamb is so adorable. I love, love, love, love the sentiment! Then the second one you made the Shepard a girl and in those days, girls weren’t Shepards. You nixed the lantern but that’s okay. I love them both and when I win, I want this stamp and the sentiment that comes with it. Thanks for showing us your adorable cards and for giving us the chance to win something. I love this stamp company!

Isn’t it fun to “discover” new stamp companies? I’ve been a fan of SPD for a while now. They have great designs, but I love more Wendy’s punny sense of humor. Great cards!

Love the brilliant way you dealt with the image being a bit too big for the lantern. It does help to have the talent to be able to make the change to a reflection.
WOW. Your work is always gorgeous.
