Hey, pencil-lovers…here’s a treat just for you!

The flowers in this set, released last month, are so very pretty….lots of shapes and sizes for all kinds of designs – or use them all in one design! This was a fun even if time-consuming card…but as I was originally a colored pencil artist (planned to illustrate books…ha!), the time spent makes my heart happy!

I spared you from awtching the entire coloring…it took about 2 hours to complete for this one. #yourewelcome LOL!

Your card is lovely. Thank you for the video.
As always, I learn something from every video you do when you make your beautiful projects. Thank you.
Gorgeous Sandy. Like Martha I got a set of pencils for Christmas. I too seem to have a heavy hand and watching this I need to try a bit lighter touch. Plus I seem to be using a very smooth card. I see you use Neenah which is smooth – is it better to use something a bit rougher? I need to check out some more of your pencil videos.
I absolutely adore your ADORE YOU CARD with colored pencils!!! I’ve had Prisma pencils for over a year, and you finally made me want to try out the pencils! Haha! Thank you for the video tutorial!!!!
Beautiful flowers and thanks for the lesson with Prismacolor pencils that I received for Christmas. I press down too hard and need to use a lighter touch. I’ll go watch some of your previous pencil videos to learn more. Your generosity in sharing your talent is such a blessing to so many.
Beautiful. Thank you for the pencil technique.
Beautiful card and flowers. Love the color combo and the white dots that you added. TFS
Very beautiful! I am so glad to see a revisit of colored pencils, haven’t used mine in a while and this makes me want to pul them out again.
This is gorgeous! I adore your composition and beautiful color choices!
Just beautiful, Sandy! It’s so helpful to watch you work with Prismacolor pencils. Thank you for letting us know that you spent two hours coloring. I received Prismacolors as a Christmas gift and am very excited to practice and learn from you! ♡
This is so beautiful Sandy. I hope to one day get the artist grade Prismacolor’s but for now I am working on my Copic collection. I am happy to say I am finally taking your OCC Copics Markers for Card Makers and I am SO excited!
Your coloring of this stamp set is so pretty. Thank you for saying it took two hours to color. Now, those of us not at your level know that even for the advanced colorists, it takes time to achieve fabulous results. This set is added to my ever growing list.
Thank you, Sandy, for wonderful colored pencil videos, and for staying with Prismacolor pencils. I love mine and look forward to learning more techniques with them from you. It is harder to find artists who have not switched to Faber Castell Polychromos pencils. I appreciate all you do to keep us learning and creating. Perhaps a colored pencil class is in your future?
Thanks for the inspiration! I’ve got some new pencils and hopefully will get to play today
Gorgeous card, Sandy, and I love your color choices! It really does pull the flowers and leaves together…and what a stunning layout! I received the whole set of Prismacolor pencils this Christmas from my hubby, and I am so excited to see more coloring. But I will always be a Copic gal! Haha! Hugs!
Loved your choice of colors. Beautiful coloring. Thank you for sharing.,
This is gorgeous! Thanks for the sharing the detail, Sandy!
So beautiful and soft. Love the colors you chose.
Hi Sandy,
This was great. I bought this stamp set because it was so pretty and looked great for coloring in many different ways.
I want to go away with some pencils. Is there a non electric sharpener you recommend?
Thanks,
Terry
I haven’t found one I like.
