Welcome to the 24 tags of Christmas series for 2015! Are you enjoying this year’s series as much as last year?

This set from Ellen Hutson, designed by BestLaugherOnYouTube Julie Ebersole, is the perfect set for tags – especially for gifts from Santa, or for me – gifts I’m giving from Secret Santa! I decided to try something I haven’t ever done before – create a scene, but do so with embossing, and not with any coloring. Eeep! What!

While working on these tags, I felt like saying “Look ma! No coloring!” But I suppose coloring with embossing powder is a form of coloring, right?

So clever! Love how you created the roof tops just using the edge of the ink pad and then added the snow. Super cute! 🙂
Your embossing looks amazing – I like how you made the snow and I must remember to do that – I have some white enamel accents and I don’t think I’ve ever used it! Thanks for the inspiration!
I keep forgetting to add my favorite charity – it’s the local SPCA!

Sandy, you are knocking them out of the park – and no coloring! You are so versatile. 🙂 Way to think out of the box by using the corner of the Versamark pad! My charity would be either The Truth 365 (or its primary sponsor, “Arms Wide Open Childhood Cancer Foundation.”) Both are registered 501(c)(3) public charities, and 100% goes to childhood cancer research.

Hello Sandy! I am new around here. I started following you on Periscope a few weeks ago and I love watching your scopes. I am not a paper crafter but it is tempting watching you use all the stamps, I am impressed with all the ideas that you come up with. I LOVE all the tags you have created here and embossing powder is so cool. The charity that is near and dear to my heart is Hospice Hawaii where I work as an RN. We are a small non-profit serving the people of Ohau, Lanai, and Molokai.
