There’s just something I love about the interactiveness of cards that open – and now I can make window cards thanks to Art Impressions!

The stamp line, which I had seen for a long while, has images in squares. Which were nice, but I hadn’t jumped on them for some reason. As soon as I saw the dies? Oh yeah baby! Give me a couple window sashes to open, and I’m sold! Check out the video below, or click HERE to watch in HD on YouTube.
I hope you didn’t mind me talking my head off while making window cards about something that’s been bugging me for the last week or so! Just make sure you do what I asked. Wanna keep you safe out there!

I have window dies and have yet to use them. This will get me motivated. Very pretty card.
Today is cloudy and will have snow and rain. Yuck… 🙁 Cute card! Thanks
I love your peek a boo window card as well as your water coloring! I see trees blooming and daffodils outside my window! Thanks !
I live in the city so what I see out my window is the back end of the car dealership behind us. OK, so maybe we won’t look that far out. I see grass (that fresh, lush, spring color brought on by yesterday’s rain) speckled with lovely purple violets. I see my daffodils blooming and my fancy grass starting to emerge. The blooming pear tree next to my husband’s red and white shed is lovely this time of year.
love your videos. Outside my window are evergreen trees, a maple tree just beginning to bud and a bird feeder with many little birds. We still have some snow but its starting to melt. : ) Looking forward to Spring,
Looking out my window is not very exciting since I live in a senior mobile home park. The units are very close together, so I see my neighbors porch on one side and a mobile home on the other side. I really like what is outside your window though. Love the card.
Sandy, the wisteria leaves have filled the vine and I have a green curtain outside my bedroom window.
Very nice. I never thought of painting a stamp, I’m learning so much Thanks. I really enjoy everything you do. I usually paint with acrylics and thought I would never use water colors ever, and my friend told me about you and I bought some today. Not as fancy as yours but maybe someday.
I see gorgeous flowers and a plum tree in my backyard!
As I looked out my window today, I saw a quiet still lake i, with my pup on the back deck enjoying the sun.
I didn’t look at the window today because some of my card club gals and I started a new group who’s mission is to make cards for local charities such as Cancer Care Northwest and Ronald McDonald House. We spent hours working on little 3 x 3 cards and made little card caddies for them. We completed approximately 60 of the 120 planned cards. So, my window view was turned inside today looking in on fellowship and admiration for a group of talented and extremely giving ladies!!!
Outside my window are rose bushes with fully blown roses. Spring came early to my part of California this year. I just loved your window card. I want to try a couple myself. I’ve taken up water color and am really enjoying it. Thanks for your tutorials.
It rained cats and dogs tonight, so outside my window is a huge olive tree, and it’s all clean and pretty today 🙂
Outside my window is a birdbath with pink and red begonias in it and to the right are 3 young white blooming dogwood trees. Across the street is a row of newly green Bradford pear trees that line a neighborhood park.
Love your window card Sandy! From my window(s) I see a muddy mess w/all the recent spring rains we’ve recently received. Thankful for those April showers!!
Outside my window right now is darkness because it is just after midnight. But earlier today, I saw all the neighbor kids playing and riding their bikes. It was a beautiful, sunny day, but chilly still because the north breeze seems to keep coming off Saginaw Bay to keep our temperatures down. I too saw lots of squirrils scurrying about and being frisky in the nice spring weather.
At the moment it’s dark outside my window and cloudy so there aren’t even any stars, lol. But earlier today there were palm trees, a bird of paradise in bloom and my lemon tree is blooming. Squirrels, forgot to mention the squirrels…chasing each other up and down, back and forth. Love your window on the world card.
What a beautiful card! When I look out my window I am looking at my new peach and lemon tree :-). I just hope I have the water to grow them this summer. Thank you for the reminder about changing passwords. My daughter has been on me about this.
outside my kitchen window I am watching white geese swim around our community pond
Hi Sandy.
I saw a little bird’s nest on my front door wreath! Nature like my wreath, I guess it’s a good compliment! …Gina F
I love your window card, Sandy! Outside my window, I see some of our flowers beginning to bloom.
Today I see an April rain shower that hopefully leads to some May flowers. I also see all the HVAC hoses from my house since our home flooded from a burst kitchen water line. That part of the view I do not enjoy.
I saw pink and white dogwood trees bloomong along with various colors of azealeas.
I see a green valley, our neighbors bird feeders and trees that are starting to get their leaves again. Beautiful card, Sandy.
Well, sad to say it was a cool, cloudy, rainy day. However, was is a good day to do something creative. I worked on a graduation card and did a “doodle” with the Bokah stamp set. I had a great day stamping and coloring and giving my pup, Reggie, and my kitty, Trouble, some lovin’. God blessed my day.
We have a mallard duck outside our window who is nesting. There are at least a dozen eggs and I named her Dorothy.
LOL um sewer work and flooding. Oh the joys! But at least it will be a good job done!
What a beautiful card! As I look out my kitchen window I see my neighbors beautiful blooming bush and buds on the trees! Spring is finally here! Thank you for sharing your creative genius!!
My computer sits in front of a window facing my front yard. So I see the yard with bushes, two trees, and my street. Sometimes I see the birds that I hear happily singing.
Love this little card. The English garden is so pretty. Out my window I saw cardinals and robins hop around in my yard. Occasionally a squirrel would run along the power lines between the trees. They are pretty comical. Thank you for the giveaway and the wonderful inspiration.
Children playing on the playground outside the classroom!
I LOVE your card!!!!
What do I see out my window? My toy poodle barking at the blackberry bushes…she’s convinced there’s an animal in there….so she’s barking away….at nothing…. 🙂
Even though the sky was cloudy and it is raining, I saw the beautiful green of my oak trees.
Unfortunately not as nice in eastern Colorado. Clouds, blowing dust, and miles of high desert/prairie that is not yet turning green. Love being able to see what the weather is doing though even when it is not good! Love the window card.
What I saw outside my window today was some squirrels chasing each other around the yard
they looked like they were having fun….it was a beautiful day with warm weather…
thanks Sandy
Such a beautiful card. What I see out of my window is my backyard with the pool and lots of plants.
I see a beautiful Spring day–all the flowers and tree blossoms are enjoying their green background!
I see a beautiful sunset reflected in the clouds
Snow, snow, snow! It’s been snowing here all day. There’s snow on my tulips and in my newly leafed out trees! 🙂
Outside my studio window is a bird feeder and a small fountain. It is drizzly today but everything is turning so many shades of green that I would be hard pressed to replicate all the colors. The azaleas have fat pink buds promising to burst open soon. Delightful! Loved your card today. Thanks for sharing.
I love the view out of my window. This morning and afternoon “the rowers” were out practicing. (Crew teams from all over the world come to our area during the spring to practice their sport.) I also saw some dolphins out swimming and there were quite a few boats cruising by.
The last of the snow is melting and the green grass is starting to peek up through the brown old grass. Happy Spring!
I see deer, Sandhill cranes, squirrels, and Hummingbirds. Yes, I have a wonderful view from my window. Watching out my window is pure Joy!
out my window I see a beautiful blue sky with a bit of a breeze moving the tree branches. I’m hoping the trees will begin greening up soon. I’m in central Saskatchewan, Canada.
Hi Sandy! As always, I love your awesome coloring and your creations!
Outside my window today it´s raining and there´s many shades of grey out there.
Here in Gothenburg, Sweden, spring has not quite arrived.
I hope you´re having a wonderful day!
//Tina
I love the window dies and the peak of the pretty outdoors in your card! Lovely!
I’m sitting in my home office and see lush green trees, birds and wish I was not working right now. 😉
I saw several amazing things today! I saw a pair of house finches at my bird feeder, I watched a squirrel take a dust bath, and I actually saw a squirrel fall out of a tree! He was alright, thank goodness (I went over and checked), but how often does that happen? Seriously!? A fun window day from my studio!
Hi Sandy! I see storm clouds moving in from the west over the Colorado Mountains. We are ‘sposed to get snow tomorrow! Have a great day!
I’ve been watching turtle doves and cardinals building their nests in the pine tree outside my dining room window for days now 🙂
Outside my window I see worker’s trucks…we are getting our floors ripped up due to a slab leak……ug. So sitting and trying to create provides a little calmness to the chaos downstairs. 🙂
