Mother’s Day is around the corner – but this stamp could be used for the holiday, or combined with any stamp set to create a card for any time!

I used Avery Elle pigment inks to stamp with; if your stamp only has red flowers, you can use red to stamp with – mine had flowers and leaves, so a yellow made the most sense for mine.

I nearly discarded the outside frame – then realized I had actually centered it well (which is rare!) so I tossed some loose watercolor on it and adhered both down to the card. So simple and pretty – and no waste!

If you were my daughter, I would have been very tempted to watch! LOL Just beautiful!
Hope your mom didn’t watch. My mom would have.
Thank you for sharing with us!! I love your Copic lessons and your Watercolor lessons- I am taking both classes at the moment (slowly) I recall you mentioning one ink can be used successfully for both mediums – is it the Avery Elle Pigment inks you are using here? Sorry to ask a redundant questions I did try to search a bit – I just cannot recall where I heard you say it 🙁 Thanks in advance
It’s the Lawn Fawn Jet Black.
Thank you!!
Really beautiful Sandy, as a fellow lover of yellow, I love it! ☺
What pretty flowers, and I love how you added the frame! I continue to learn little details every time I watch one of your videos. Thanks!
Every time I watch you colour I learn something new, today was no exception. I think I put too much paint right at the very beginning, so will make an effort to do the first layer in a light wash, then add details. Thank you Sandy!
