I’m here to blow your diet. I know, I know. Companies keep making tasty stamp sets that make us hungry! But at least we don’t need ALL the markers to make them look good!

While I’m calling this a limited palette, it’s not a limited number of markers; I’m just sticking to browns and reds with just a little pop of green. It’s a good challenge to give yourself sometime – see just how many variations on one or two colors you can create on a card! Watch the video below or click HERE to see it in HD on YouTube.
And if you want to learn more about color combos, the Copic Jumpstart Class is a great place to learn and practice.

Enjoyed seeing how you did the highlights and what you did to the word sweet. TFS
What a sweetheart! I would have included you in our blog hop if I had known. This turned out INCREDIBLE–Your coloring is gorgeous!!! I can’t wait to watch your video when I have a little more downtime later today. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
Great colouring! I’ve been working on a page of desserts and it is mostly browns and reds! Thank heavens for blackberries and macaroons. When I crave chocolate I have two squares of Lindts 85% dark chocolate. Melt little bits on your tongue, don’t chew it. Bam! Chocolate explosion!
Love your sweet card!!! Certainly bright and cheerful in spite of the limited colors!
So sweet and yummy!
Yummy card. Fabulous coloring and thank you for walking us through the process.

Wow! If I received this card from someone, it would be framed and on my desk in seconds!
I think when I try to show my light source with red I ALWAYS add to much color and I bleed it everytime.THEN I HAVE YOU IN MY HEAD AFTER…LIGHT HAND, LIGHT HAND…LOLOL…BLESSED DAY.
