Welcome to 24 Tags of Christmas week!! I get so excited to focus on special things from time to time….I’ve done a series of tags each year for – oh my – now it’s three years. That’s definitely a tradition, right?
The first tags are fairly simple, in some ways. I’ve stamped the Bunny Wishes images onto Neenah cardstock, using masking to first stamp the snow globe, then bunnies and tree. I hand-stamped the little images into the globe which had the center cut out of the hillside, and colored the globes to appear see-through to the trees behind. 🙂 Grab some Copics and a white pen…let’s go!

Video
Watch the video below or click HERE to see it in HD on YouTube.
To create the banners at the bottom of each tag, I snipped into the center of the tags, then joined the corners with that center point. Easy peasy!

Giveaway
Tradition is to give away the 24 tags…I’ll pick 24 winners from blog posts and YT comments, so leave a comment on this post (and one on each post all week!) and maybe you’ll win! Woohoo!

Great tags, I love the bunnies. Thanks for sharing.
So cute! Love the bunnies!
Adorable! Thanks for the tips on coloring the snow globe, this will be very useful to me!
Your videos are the best. You explain the techniques and your color choices. It’s really helpful.
There is nothing better than to receive something that’s handmade….I love making tags…would love to win your cute bunnie tags……
I just made a bunch of cards using the same design, and used it for “practice” coloring on a few also. I learned this from you previously and it is an awesome habit to get into.
Adorable tags! I love the idea of making 6 different ones. I usually make my own but had always done them the same. Its alway fun to get handmade tags on gifts.
I love Sandy’s Tag Giveaway! Every year is so dang fun! How cool is a hand made tag on and hand made gift?!
Thanks so much for the tips on shadow in the globe. I watch all your videos and it’s sure helped me learn to color my stamps. I have always struggled with the coloring part and always take away tips after your videos. I just purchased a snow globe and plan to incorporate some of these techniques later today. Thanks again for all your time and I look forward to the next video.
Those are so cute! You make it look so easy! Thanks for all you do for us.
Love Bunnies!!! Love the idea of different animals celebrating!
So cute, love it!
Love watching your videos. The bunnies r so cute
Wow! Adoorable tags!!!
What a terrific idea, I never thought of making tags this way! I enjoy your videos immensely!
Hi Sandy, these tags are so cute! Thanks for the videos – a real source of inspiration.
Adorable tags!
Cute and adorable.
Oh this is adorable! Great kick off to the tag series! I am looking forward to each and every one! 🙂
So cute, I love it .
Thanks for sharing your talent! The 24 Christmas tags are a favorite for me. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
My 2 favorite tips.1.Cutting out the globe stamp to add the smaller one inside.2. The white highlight lines and tree through the globe to give it depth. I love these and will be incorporating into my own work. Thanks Sandy!
Cute tags! You do wonderful work!
Love your bunnies. It’s always fun and interesting watching you color, I have learned so much from all your videos. Thank you so much for sharing your talents.
Cute coloring! Can’t wait to see the rest!!
Your bunny tags are so cute. Love that you made the tree show through the globe. I really enjoy your tag series and am looking forward to seeing the rest. TFS
I love those little bunnies too-make me think of the Velveetean Rabbit! I love the ones you did in the deep red jackets! Thanks for sharing the technique on how to make the tree come through the snow globe.
I love your inspirational posts. I will have to look for some white wrapping for this year’s present. The bunnies are so cute.
Loving it!!! Can’t wait to see the rest
I love how the tag looks finished without mounting a contrasting dark color of cardstock. I have been stuck in that rut and am going to try it this way this year! Thanks Sandy.
I love all your work. You are a fantastic artist and paper crafter.
What adorable bunnies and adorable tags!!
So adorable. Love the bunnies. Changing the snow globe was a great idea. Could put lots of
things in there. Snow men, ice skaters and also your Christmas tree. Cute
Need to get to the store to pick up a plain white roll of wrapping paper – Great idea to have fun, save a little $, and look great. Can’t help but pick my favorite bunnies from your herd – the red card. Had to look that up but was surprised to learn that herd is the correct term and not some of the others I have heard. Learn something every time I visit.
Yeah, love your tag series. Cute tags!!
Love the idea of coordinating tags and wrapping paper! Always something new to learn!
toooo cute, love your work, can’t wait to see them all!
Super cute!
These are so cute!!
These are really adorable. I love that you changed it up. One of the things about having limited supplies is figuring out different ways to do things. Different colors, different medium, different methods. It is all play and so much fun. Sometimes when something really works, I will label it with the products/colors used so I can re-create it for a card. I haven’t done much with tags, but am trying ‘mini-cards’ this year. I just took an A-2 size panel and folded it in half! I am letting the stamps be the star, along with some Delicata gold and silver. Thanks for all you do, the tips and tricks along the way are s-o-o-o helpful.
These tags show where your artist eye really comes in to play and how you “see” more than most people. It would have never occurred to me to make the inside of the snow globe with a green tint, yet that’s exactly how it should be since it’s clear and seeing through it would show the green trees. Super cute as always. Thanks Sandy!
Making gift tags at Christmas is my one crafty indulgence I do for myself. Thank you for all the great ideas all year round!
Love your bunnies! They’re so cute! Can’t wait to see the rest of the tags.
The most wonderful time of the blog in my opinion.
Very cute tags. I can’t wait to see the series.
I could win one~?! Wow, and here I was thinking, another day, another dollar! Many thanks, as always, Annette
Bunnies are nice BUT we used to have them as Christmas dinner when I was a kid. How do we hide them?
I’ve been waiting for your Tags of Christmas for weeks – you always come up with such great ideas! This set is no different – so clean and cool looking – just what I need for the most frazzly time of the year!!
Tags are one of my favorite projects.
Sandy, Love watching you color as I put my makeup on early in the morning. Your blog is always the first to post for us early to work folks. The tags today are adorable. I would be thrilled to receive one.
