Gift card updates
The new Gift Card plugin is a little different than the old; I had to choose dollar amounts, so I picked from the ones most commonly purchased in the past. Link to the whole gift card page or the one you want Santa to give you. ๐
You can set the arrival date, and designate your email as the “from” and theirs as the “to”…if you don’t fill in the fields right it won’t pop into your cart.

Wishlist updates
It works again! My technical prowess is crowing, and I won’t bore you with that, but….
I will tell you to update your wishlist to save yourself some moolah! I can now “see” the most wishlisted items, which means the top ones will make it into the Black Friday sale with a deeper discount.ย
Go ahead and rig this vote – get your friends to update theirs and add YOUR fave to their list – and you do the same. Maybe you’ll get your most wanted course on a deal!

Do you even need this insane chart?
To be honest, I don’t know. I’m perhaps too close to it to give you an honest answer.ย
If you’re someone who’s got BOTH sets, or most of them, and you’ve got the means to purchase the chart, I’d love for a few of you to test it out and give me your honest opinion. Would you actually reference it beyond trying to find a color to use when following a tutorial every two months? Is it more or less helpful in finding colors for day to day art? Do you even use both brands at the same time?
If Mom really is proven right and this chart is helpful, I’ll make some others too. I want to do Olo/Copic, as well as some pencil brands. I’m hoping Santa brings me a full set of Pablos, but I’m not sure if inflation has cut his budget for my gifts or not, LOL!ย
Anyhoooooo – know that this chart is here, and I’ll do more of a video with it in a few weeks after getting some feedback, likely in December after I get back from Mom’s burial. And if I get no feedback and nobody bought it, well I’ll report that!ย

Before I had a full set of Copic markers, I had a full set of Spectrum Noir markers & used a Conversion chart that a teacher in one of the card classes that I had taken had made & gave me. Now that I have a full set of both markers, I would find a Hex Chart with Copic & Spectrum’s helpful since I have all the refills of the Spectrum, but not the Copics & while I am slowly purchasing the Copic refills, I find the need to convert occasionally. (I have also purchased the Sandy Allnock set of the Olo’s- so I guess that proves your Mom is correct there also!)

Your response about how the Ohuhu markers have been stalking you is hilarious! I enjoyed the ride with you around your town and hearing a bit more about your mom. However, this chart is something I don’t think I would ever use. I am one of those super frugal gals (aka cheap) and my budget is tight. I have some off brand markers and am hoping that Santa will bring me one of your Olo sets for Christmas (fingers crossed). These charts you have done are simply mind blowing. Kudos on all this effort. I hope it pans out.
lol! Some days I really do wonder if “karma” stalks me for negative reviews of something…it’s why I stopped accepting free products because it makes me feel like I *must* say something nice. But dang if these markers aren’t making me pay a penance! ๐
Oh wow! So happy you created this ! I love and use your hex charts all the time. This one will be great to replace colors in tutorials and most of all to choose values that are missing in a color from either company. Thanks for doing this.
Don’t you think it’s a little hypocritical to have disliked the Ohuhus so much you donated them before but now you’ve turned right around and bought more and continue to actively promote them?
I didn’t buy these. My art buddy and I were having lunch one day a few months ago and swapping stories, and I told her about mom and the hex charts. She tried to convince me to make this one out of love for mom and I said no, I wasn’t going to spend any money on these pens again.
She was intrigued with what alcohol markers were, though, and went home and bought the set. (She’s my one wealthy friend.) Next time we had lunch together she brought them with her and handed them to me to loan them! By that point I now had her AND my mom telling me to do the chart, and knowing my friend I wasn’t going to hear the end of it. So now there’s a chart.
I’d already had another online art buddy send me a 48 set a few months ago that she’d received from some store. She didn’t know I don’t like them! She said her mom loves them but she didn’t, and her mom would take a class if I made one. So I’d made a little one out of respect for her.
Then came my local friend handing me the big set โโ๏ธ I feel like these pens are stalking me just because I panned them! Making this chart fully reminded me that I don’t like them–the caps not matching is a nightmare for making charts much less coloring
There’s one last favor coming and I hope it’s my final penance…my full set friend swears she knows a ton of coloring book ppl who use them and I need to do a class for them. So that’s coming and if ever again anyone hands me Ohuhu markers I hope I’m absolved of the sin of not like Iiking them, because this is absolutely insane
Iโm on my way to buy it! I definitely would like an OLO/COPIC! Iโm glad to see you have the Ohuhu one available. Iโve been trying to think of a way to use incorporate them and NOW you have given me that ability.
