I’m so excited to show you how I learned to watercolor a fuzzy bunny – I had it in my head to do it this way and it WORKED! Whee! I used just the die – and it was so. much. fun!

Technique tips

Trace inside the die with a pencil, and add limited details following the stamp set – eyes, nose, mouth, and if desired, ears.

Paint the bunny’s fur with water, then drop in Aussie Red Gold, Burnt Sienna, and Burnt Umber for the darks. After dry, paint in some areas with water to drop in Sap green, then add flower colors in some of the open spaces.

Finishing tips

The Arches panel is popped on dimensional adhesive – simple and clean!

Alternatives

Using the stamp, follow the same steps for watercoloring the bunny…don’t forget to add the cute whiskers with a pencil!

Color the stamped image in Copics – it’s still a darling little bunny! See the IGTV video posted here on my instagram.
