Visiting Hero
I’m so excited that today I get to go visit the Hero Arts blog with a couple cards using the newest OWH Fundraiser stamp set, so my cards are over there….click the image to go see!
The interview on SiriusXM last night went great! After all my panic, that was all for naught. Sorry to those who I talked into following it on Twitter—it didn’t exactly go as planned for tweets, so was kind of a dud there. Except for some awesome quotes from the General. I favorited them if you want to check them out by clicking HERE and then selecting FAVORITES.
I am sooooo glad it was radio – the showering of compliments from General Michel were a bit over the top for me, and I was 20 shades of red! The host, David Webb, was very kind and kept mentioning Operation Write Home and the url over and over – saving me the awkwardness of doing that…the sign of a good host!
One of our OWHers recorded it – though in 5 pieces – and posted it on YouTube with all the links on Facebook HERE; I’m hoping to get an ‘official’ copy from the show so we can have it posted somewhere for all to hear.
I spent the rest of the night after the interview working on the next phase of the General’s project – a webpage to host photos as they all get busy writing letters!! – so I’m going to be a little behind on opening mail. They plan to ask recipients to share photos too. Hang tight if you’re waiting on receipts!
