Snow Friends: Creating Motion
When I saw this little skating snowman, I wanted to make the lights really fly as he soared across the ice, and found a super easy way to create the motion. Watch the video below or click HERE to see it in HD on YouTube.

And this was colored earlier in the season, but with the same set….background sky uses the powdered pencil technique from Colored Pencil Jumpstart Class:
