Make a Retro Sleigh Ride Card

October 14, 2020 by Sandy Allnock 3 Comments [featured_image}

When a stamp has a retro feel…it’s time to make a retro sleigh ride card! I looked up some old card designs on the interwebs and found some with simple colorways and lots of white outlines, and figured out a creative way to do some masking that you might like!

Supplies for this project are linked at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links may be used at no cost to you.

Video

In the video I’ll show you how to do the crazy masking using Eclipse tape – it’s a little convoluted but makes a really nice flat card! (There are dies you can use to cut out the images to adhere – but I thought this was a fun option too!)

The red card is so much fun – and with the chunky outlines it wasn’t so hard to trim out. (And FYI I finally did find my detail scissors!)
