AS a stand-up crafter I incorporate Yoga stretches commencing with Yoga stance upright, two feet grounded at shoulder width, stretch for MISTI, side stretch for ink, downward stretch to pick up stamp from floor. A full stretch routine everyday! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and I will always use a central point when doing yoga. TFS

Your cards & coloring are amazing! I love the bold, deep colors. No, I don’t do yoga. Well, let me rephrase that…. my husband & I did some yoga with an at home DVD, but it was quite laughable at our lack of corrdination. LOL We also realized, it takes a lot of strength to do yoga. We’ve been wanting to give it a try again, but haven’t gotten around to it. Thank you for sharing all of your tutorials with us!

I would love to do yoga, but my fibermyoligy won’t allow it. I do love the card and have friends that do yoga.
I love Gerda’s stamps. She has the absolute best Dachshund stamps. Maybe one day you’ll paint a dapple dachshund-cannot even figure out how to begin. Might be that colored pencils would be a better medium to use. The only yoga I try to do is Salute to the Sun.

Sandy, you truly are the most experienced, talented artist on u Tube, I’ve tried yoga a couple different times while at a crafty getaway to the Olmstead Manor in Pa, which m currently at right now. As for my favorite yoga position, it would have to be completely laying flat on my back on the mat, with my knees bent, not sure wha it’s called but it tightens the tummy muscles. Just adore all of your coloring and cards, always have to ck them out. Will be taking a class or 2 in 22, your talents are from above and it shows thru your work. Blessings.

She has been absent from our gym due to concerns for her heart and other conditions.
