Happy February, friends! I’m over at MFT with another bit of coloring, reposted here. I hope you’re enjoying the series as much as I am! This month I went back to my Copics…I’ve been wanting to make a floral garden, and this little Pure Innocence girl looked like the perfect stamp to try it out.

When I color people, I often add a few stray hairs here and there to add just a little character to them. When using a middle brown for this little girl, it almost looks like shadows on her face, right? Cool accident! 🙂

The background is just so fun and forgiving! It takes a while to add enough color to it – and be sure to use enough. If your colors are too light, the colorless blender won’t achieve very much.

All this was colored on Smooth White. The card base I used, by the way, is Pineapple Prestige, layer is Black Licorice – all the supplies are below!
