After my distress crayon review (HERE), I had a lot of requests for ideas to use them in cardmaking…just not as Monet. 🙂 What, you guys aren’t going to do impressionist art? *grin* Okay let’s get rolling!
Distress Crayon Playtime
I started thinking backgrounds first. And since I was also trying to channel Tim – because these are his crayons – I got out some of his background stamps too. I played around with both non-embossed and gold- and silver-embossed, and both worked….but I really did like the shiny powders. And the baby wipes! I hadn’t ever done ombré embossing before….I’m sure someone has, but I was sure having fun with it!
