The stamp inspired me to create the feel of a lovely rose garden – by request of some followers over on Instagram. I love these kinds of mushy backgrounds, and though few will ever try one (they take time and ink!) it’s at least fun to see!

Here’s a nice closeup of that background…..pretty eh?

The whole cardfront is just mounted on dimensional adhesive -easy peasy lemon squeezy. And flat. Ish.

These are the colors I played with but as always – play with what you’ve got. You may well find better combos that I never tried!

This is so beautiful Sandy, I will have to play around with this to try and make something similar. (TRY being the key work here…LOL)
Thanks for sharing this wonderful background technique. You make it all look so simple–but we just have to give it a try. Love your roses too!
Gorgeous card, I don’t have Copics nor other alcohol markers but learn always from your videos. Thank you so much for showing.
This looks like too much fun – I thought you’d sprayed that background with your compressed air gun. Nice to see how I could achieve that same look – with a little practice, I assume! Great roses, by the way – love that stamp!
