During Inktober, I love to play with all sorts of different ideas for pens – and today it’s ballpoint pen! The Inktober prompt is “roof” – and since one of the Santa Selfie stamps can have a roof behind the old man in the white beard…I’m calling it good. Ha!

Finished cards
For the card portion, the white on white look was what I wanted to set off the red and black images. I took the square frame dies from Ellen Hutson, trimmed the images to tuck in, then as I attached the big frame with dimensional adhesive, I let that glue “capture” the kittywompus thinner frames that came from the smaller die.

WOW ! Going back to find the shark video. These are utterly brilliant, I love this new set anyway but seeing you do this I’ve got to try. Don’t know let anyone will actually ever get a card out of it though hehe. Stay healthy x
Oh wow, these are adorable!
So striking!! I love red and black together and your penwork really makes the red POP! And using the black pen to shade the red—WOW!! Thank you for all your innovative ideas that help stretch us creatively.
Amazing! Have to try! thanks for sharing!
This is an interesting way to approach a stamped image. I really like your idea about shading a Copic-colored project this way. The cards turned out great!
