Cactus Cards – Zig Clean Color on Woodgrain Paper

February 19, 2018 by Sandy Allnock 6 Comments [featured_image}

Cactus Cards – Stuck on You

I bought this cactus set and tried a bunch of different things, but couldn’t find anything “teachable” right away. I like to actually have something new to show you, not just a stamp set. Then….I saw my woodgrain paper on the shelf staring at me. And decided to see if it can handle a bit of water. (I tried it with Copics HERE.) And this made me happy! Watch the video below or click HERE to see it in HD on YouTube.

    Brilliant Sandy, what was really interesting was that you had trouble stamping on textured paper too. I was concerned that I was doing something wrong when I could not get a good image on water colour paper etc. Thank you for sharing this project with us crafters. :O)

    Fun cards, Sandy. I do love how the colouring on the second one turned out.

    Hi, Thanks, you have perfect timing I just received this paper in the mail from Ellen on Friday, I ordered it to make a bookshelf for my Dog and Cat Lady stamps I got from her, Brandi from Ellen did the cutest bookshelf with this paper. So when I saw your post I was so happy, NOW I have some other ideas. Thanks Sandy, I am off to watch the video now, I’m sure I will LOVE it, I always love everything you do 🙂
