Making Kite Tails with Kite Tails

Posted on Apr 24, 2012 | 3 comments

The pun was irresistable.

Papers used on this card are by….Kite Tails Designs. Cute idea eh? Matchy matchy! I’m close to the last of the samples they’d provided for me at CHA….I think I have enough for one more card! Yipes. Will have to get my LSS to order me some :) Anyway….this is the kite in the weekend vlog, but with the kite made a little smaller….

I wanted to pull in some more of the papers as the “ground” that the kite is flying above, and chose to make them “hills” …. they needed a little layering to make them visually separate from each other.

Check out the Stars and Stamps blog today for the full tutorial with lots of other ideas to use up your scrap stash!
