The waiting begins….the announcement about May Arts isn’t til the 23rd…eeep! For some folks it may seem I’m getting overwrought about this, but – it’s certainly the biggest team I’ve ever tried out for. Just the process of applying gave me so much confidence, but I hope it pays off in more than confidence. LOL. It already has in that it gave me the courage to submit to some pubs (and getting picked for one right outta the gate!) and contests in the last few weeks….so I’m hoping for the best!
I’ve got another summer card….with this darling little Biker Babe image by Mo. He looks just a little like my buddy Jace, but of course when younger…so this card was sent to him! I realized after uploading the image – and after mailing the card – that “you” is totally crooked. OOPS! lol. Papers are by Lily Bee (polkadots), and the stars…I think that’s Pages of Honor. The sticker strips are Crate Paper….and that threaded ribbon at the bottom is one of my new Fiskars punches (see OWHtv for details).

A simply wonderful card. And the “you” looks lined up with the border to me. Besides, any slight imperfections make it art, right? I love the ribbon threaded through on the bottom. I must look for that punch. Sweet image.
Hi there – fingers crossed here in Denmark for sure. But if you need another boost of confidence – look back at some of the older cards you made. I do that sometimes – nice as they were I always realized how much I have moved in the right direction and I am sure you have too. Your cards are lovely, very detailed and fun and bright. Keep creating and think of something else – the 23rd will be here in no time – ha ha – who am I kidding – I would pace the floors too if I were you. ALL the best – hugs…
