I’ve got a special card to share today…my card for my Mom!
It’s not quite SVCAS, though I did attempt not to overdo it. Well, I didn’t try too hard – it’s for Mom!! Love you, Mom!!
I struggled like heck with this card…I wanted it *perfect* for Mom, and everything I was trying at first wasn’t really working. The center panel gave me fits! I had trouble stamping it (not a surprise!), and then figuring out what to stamp it ON was a challenge. Tried white, yellow, patterned yellow…everything was so light, the highlighted colored circle didn’t pop….then I thought to try some brown paper. And voilá!

Products used:

What a happy card. Your mom is going to love it. It is nice that you want it perfect (and it is) — but as a mom myself — the card will be perfect no matter what. Thanks for sharing your beautiful card.
Very pretty. And I like the way you finished the inside with continuation of the scallops! The yellow pattern in the background and that you stamped “Mom” on is really nice and matches your image so well!
Thanks so much for this beatiful card that arrived the same day as some gorgeous flowers….really made my Mother’s Day, though I’d much rather if you had arrived with them as I do miss seeing you and wish you weren’t so far away
( You are ever in my thoughts and prayers…love you….Mom
Your card is beautiful, your mother will love it. My mom was wonderful, but I loss her 37 years ago, still miss her.
