Happy Sunday.

Happy Birthday Bash.

Happy Labor Day Weekend.

Happy VCMP.

Just happy everything to you! From this lil fox too :) He’s from Lawn Fawn, as are these SWEET papers from the brand spankin new Dewey Decimal line – fabbbbby, eh? And the little word balloon is from a new set I just got from Lawn Fawn, “A Birdie Told Me,” and the sentiment is new too – that one is called “Happy Everything” and has a gajillion holiday sentiments in it! Copic colors: YR27 E74 C4

And a PS – if you make a card folded like this one (on the short side) – remember it tucks alllll the way inside the envelope. Thus ends your public service announcement :)

If you haven’t joined in the fun yet, go check out the VCMP (Virtual Cardmaking Party) on the Stars and Stamps blog – lots and lots of fun! Challenges remain open til tomorrow night I think, so you can party on as you have time!

After my pastor’s sermon last night about taking time away from work to rest and play, I’m hoping to take a couple hours away with lil miss Ciara…maybe more than a few, we’ll see. I have a huge to-do list, and if I can pry myself away from it, I want to go for a nice drive, maybe out to the beach. (But – I’m writing this on Saturday night, so Sunday mojo might change my mind. We’ll see! I have some videos I just neeeeed to get rolling on, and…agh. But if we do head out – hope you all have a fabby day, see you back here in the evening. Maybe I’ll do another VCMP card or two if I come back energized!)

  1. Don’t you just love this sweet little fox. Big AAAAW factor. And the new papers from Lawn Fawn are AWesome too.

  2. Looks like I need to add some LF critters to my stash. Love this design! What do you mean it goes all the way in the envelope? hahahaha!

    • lol. Some cardmakers just never learn how to tuck. Do I need to point you to the tuck video, miss Dixie? ha :)

  3. Cute card – love the colorful papers & the sweet fox. And the little yellow flags & brads add a nice touch – will have to give that a try.
