Blog candy winners

Random.org helped by picking a winner from the commenters…and it’s Renee!

 rstuck2003 said…

Sandy, your digi stamps are AWESOME! Thank you so much for sharing them with us! As for future ones…anything patriotic works for me! LOL Your cards are wonderful! Thank you for starting a wonderful organization!

And then for choosing from those who linked up a card using my digis….random.org picked #12, so Cindi is the winner! Check out her beautiful eaglet card here (this little guy needs a name!). You might want to go check out Cindi’s blog and become a follower….she’s new to blogging but clearly she’s a fantastically creative cardmaker!

Now, I can’t resist sending some special award prizes to two kids who are just AWESOMESAUCE in my book….

One is a young man pictured here with the rockin’ cards he made for his Dad who’s serving overseas! His Mom posted another picture of him workin’ hard…..it’s on her blog here. Thanks for your big smile, too, buddy! Love the rock’n roll hands!
And this other card is by 8 year old Michael, who I think did a stellar job on his card too! His Mom wrote up the story of his card here!

Both of these young men deserve a special treat for joining in the fun and making cards….so watch your mailboxes!

  10. Love your videos…they are so helpful and you are so talented. Do you know what kind of ink I can use with alcohol markers? I don’t mean for stamping and coloring…I don’t like to be constrained by stamp designs, don’t have room or money to buy a lot of stamps…I prefer to draw my own pictures and then color them. I have tried microns and Daler Rowney acrylic ink in my technical pen…but they both run at least on watercolor paper and on the spectrum noir cardstock…would a micron work on Neenah card stock with alcohol markers??? Don’t know if it’s the pen or the surface or both.

    1. It’s the pen–Copic makes Multiliners that are fabulous, lots of different sizes. You can get them in packs or individually (note that ones with SP in the name are more expensive because they’re refillable.)

      1. Thanks so much!!!!
