24 Tags of Christmas 2017: Happy Pawlidays

Let the tradition unfold: my tags series every year is always fun, and gives me a chance to feature some favorite Christmas stamps and some coloring techniques – some are FAST ones to create this year, since my Christmas season promises to be jam-packed. But of course not today’s, because….puppies!

24 Tags of Christmas 2017: Happy Pawlidays

The pups in the Happy Pawlidays set look just like my babies, don’t they!? The chubby bubba is my little Giallo, and the skinny minnie is lady Vienna…both colored in Copics today. Watch the video below or click HERE to see it in HD on YouTube.

As is tradition, I’ll be choosing winners for each of the 24 tags made in these 6 videos – leave comments on the blog as well as on YouTube for more chances to WIN!

Christmas Bible Crafts all week too!

In addition to the tags for these 6 days, I have some other crafts on my Bible Journaling channel. Today: a gift page! Give a journaling Bible and create a page for the recipient inside.  View the video below or click HERE to see it on YT.

  1. So cute! Love the tags and love the puppies…
You make it look so easy when you color your images…
Thank you so much for all your videos.

  2. So much cuteness!!!

  3. Very sweet tags. I have 2 rescue dogs myself and i don’t know what I would do without them.

  4. I watched your video earlier, but I had to come back here for a second helping of puppy love. This Christmas will be a sad one without my dog, Katy. But I will be watching your Yule Dog videos and enjoying the tales of Giallo and Vienna while reading your inspiring posts.

  5. Love the puppies on your tags.

  6. So glad I have these stamps! Wish I had the copics.; can’t find a place that will ship them to Europe. I may try this with colored pencils as that seems easier to shade. I have several cards from this weekend that I am going back to with a white pen to make the fur more lifelike! 🙂 Thanks!

  7. You give me much joy watching your videos, thank you.

  8. These are so darn cute!! Love them and I love taking your classes!

  9. Always love to watch your tag series. I LOVE dogs, have had at least one my whole life. I have a wonderful Cocker Spaniel right now and she is my only companion and best friend since my husband passed away.
These dog tags are just so adorable!!! Love all the snow you put on the tags too. I thought it might detract from the dogs but somehow they look better :o)
    Hugs to you Sandy.

  10. Love to watch you color! Customizing these cute dog stamps to match your pups was great!

  13. They are so gorgeous Sandy, thank you for the lovely puppies. Also thank you for the great Giraffe you made in the Bible journal video. I am not a religious person, but I think its a great gift what you have made.
I am in love with that Baby Giraffe from the moment you used it for the first time on your blog, it’s a pitty I can’t find it here in the Netherlands . But, who knows, perhaps I can order it some day outside the Netherlands.

  14. I love your tag series. You have so many creative ways to label gifts. These pups are super cute!!

  15. Wonderful dog tags. l love my fur babies (actually hair babies) and your bible journaling page is beautiful. That is awesome getting Penny started early on art and God.

  23. Love those tags!
I will love to win your tag!
Hope you will make some tags with cats!

  24. These tags are very cute.

  25. Love the puppies!! I used your button coloring idea from an earlier post (and these puppies remind me of that) and LOVED how they came out.

  26. I picked up some great ideas from the video: using the circle punch to create a tag, using heavier gray shadow to better show white accents, and vivid blue background which, to my eye, adds a roundness/dimension to the focal point. Since you didn’t use watercolor paper, would the white Sharpie work for snow?

  27. Hi Sandy, love your tags and that stamp set is so cute!!❤️ I always enjoy your videos. Can watch them for hours. Love your enthusiasm and beautiful coloring. Thanks

  28. OMGoodness! These are adorable tags and I cannot wait to make some of them! Or, WIN these!!! HAha! So, so cute!!!

  35. Love this time of year cause of the weather, the chances to enjoy family and of course your tag series.
These are super cute and I love your tip for using the white pen with a combination of a little color.
If I was to recieve a tag from tjis series I would not only keep but probably frame-LOL for my craft room.

  36. Love the puppy tags. Your work is a amazing!

Love your work, your reassuring words and tone. You are an inspiration.

  40. Love the little detail you add to each with the white pen. I need inspiration and this did it. Thank you

  41. So adorable! Cute dogs stamps seem so much rarer than cat ones! These MFT stamps are great and you colored them so beautifully like your pups!

  42. These are so cute! I tried to talk my hubby into letting me get this set. Hasn’t worked yet! 🙂

  43. So cute. I like how you made a window for your tag.

  44. I have watched your art for a year. love your bold humility, skill and comments. time spent with you is always worthy. thank you for the inspiration to be myself. the tag method will be one of my go toes.

  45. I LOVE these tags!!! So stinkin’ cute. I think I might NEED this stamp set & make coordinating gift wrap. LOT of work that the kids don’t care about but I think would look ADORABLE under the tree!!! … can’t wait for the rest of your series. Thank you!!!

  46. Darling tags – and I always look forward to your Christmas Tags segments because they are so cute, and fast, and practical. Thanks!

  47. Oh Sandy, of all I follow, I love your videos. You are so ‘real’, sharing the styles, oops and more. You put your personality on the line, and although some may not agree, I feel Blessed to be able to follow you. Thanks for sharing. God Bless you.

  48. These tags are sooooo cute, thanks for sharing your talent.

  49. I have been drooling over that stamp set. Of course you had to make four totally amazing gift tags so that I want it even more. I couldn’t imagine anyone throwing out the gift tags you gave them, they definitely need to be put on the tree as decorations as they are just so gorgeous. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

  50. So cute! I like how you gave the Santa hat fuzzy texture with the white pen! (I like the tag videos because they inspire me to practice coloring with no pressure of a large scene! And yes, I’d like to win one of your creations too, LOL!)
